Excellent service, free parking available on-site. Not to mention very good wifi! Location not far from the walking trail. Simply no reason to complain, really nice stay.

The welcoming staff at Panorama Accommodations in Nuwara Eliya made my stay enjoyable. the location was fantastic - Victoria Park of Nuwara Eliya was just a 10-15 minute walk away, and the hotel was conveniently close to the town center, a mountain, and other attractions in Sri Lanka.

The young and friendly staff went above and beyond, helping us with everything from train reservations to collecting our tickets at the station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved having a balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The terrace with sunbeds and a hammock was the perfect spot for a delicious and affordable breakfast in the sun. our stay was fantastic and we would definitely come back.

The location of the guesthouse is convenient, being close to the race course and not far from the center. The rooms offer a picturesque view of the tea plantations, and the manager goes out of his way to make guests comfortable, arranging tuk tuks and ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is nice and the staff are sweet and entertaining, adding a friendly touch to the experience.

There were some cleanliness issues with the room, including a smelly bathroom and fungus on the roof.

Nothing could have been better.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the breathtaking view from the hotel. It was absolutely stunning and gave me a sense of tranquility. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. the location of the hotel was convenient, with the city center just a short walk away. It made exploring the area and finding restaurants and shops very easy.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. the mattresses were quite hard, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

I was really impressed with the level of service at Panorama Accommodations. One particular incident stood out to me - I had forgotten my daughter's teddy bear and one of the staff members actually went all the way to Ella to retrieve it for us. He didn't even accept payment for his train ticket! The staff here truly go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a memorable stay. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable, with nice big beds.
